Magic is all around:

We start this issue with Sizzajee sending Ruby Stitch to protect Cornwall’s fortress from the Tigers. Thanks to a spell that Sizzajee cast Wizord now has no powers, which leaves him vulnerable. However, thanks to Margaret, Wizord has found some hope in this world.

Sensei’s Oath:

Well… this issue was rather a let down really. The art was fantastic, however, the story was rather slow, stalled, got interesting, and then… had a cliffhanger that left me not looking forward to the next Issue. Now if they would have ended with Wizord finding magic in this world, not needing the magic Sizzajee gave him. Yeah, Sizzajee cast a spell to take away Wizords powers, which left him so weak he couldn’t send his next assassin after Wizord. Now, that made no sense to me at all, not the way they explained it, but if Sizzajee granted the powers to Wizord why couldn’t he have just stopped granting him the power? Or when he cast that spell wouldn’t he have then absorbed the powers that Wizord lost? Enough of that or I’ll make myself crazy, because without direct rules for how the magic works I could literally argue that he shouldn’t be weak and should have been able to send Ruby Stitch to finish off Wizord. That, of course wouldn’t make much a good story… speaking of Ruby Stitch, Holy Shit her power is impressive, takes out not only the Tigers in one shot, but blows a crater in the ground. Wizord doesn’t stand a chance against her, even if he had his full power set. Here is what I think is going to happen, Wizord and Ruby Stitch were lovers, that is going to reignite and they will take on Sizzajee together…
